(1) Check if the motor model is correct and the reducer model is correct.
(2) Clean the motor shaft and the deceleration connection before assembly.
(3) Before the motor flange screw is tightened, the motor should be rotated to correct the concentricity of the motor shaft and the reducer coupling. Then connect the motor flange to the reducer and tighten the fixing bolt diagonally.
(4) During the assembly process of the servo motor, the encoder at the rear of the motor should be protected from external forces. It is strictly forbidden to hit the servo motor shaft.
(5) Installation of servo reducer:
A. Move the sealing screw on the outside of the flange of the reducer to adjust the clamping screw.
B. Unscrew the clamping screw, connect the motor flange to the reducer, and tighten the positioning bolt diagonally.
C. Tighten the clamp ring with the proper torque and tighten the sealing screw.
D. Twist the motor flange bolt to looseness, jog the servo motor shaft or turn the motor shaft a few times by hand to correct the concentricity of the motor shaft and the reducer coupling.
E. Finally connect the motor flange to the reducer and tighten the positioning bolts diagonally.
