Korea's Kolon Fashion's female casual brand “QUA” will enter China.

Kelon Fashion Company said on the 20th that it will establish a joint venture with Shanshan Group, a representative company in the Chinese apparel industry, so that the “QUA” brand will enter the Chinese market.

To this end, Kelon Fashion Company has set up booths in the Shanshan Hall of the 2nd China International Apparel Fair, which is currently being held in Beijing, to show the Chinese the “QUA” brand fashion.

On the 18th of the opening of the exhibition, the actress Park Eun-hye, who had been popular in China with the TV drama "Dai Jang-jin," also held a fan autographing session at the booth, attracting many guests.

Kelong Fashion Company said: "The QUA brand plan is based on the memorandum of understanding signed with Shanshan Group last year, and it will sign a formal contract next month and will fully strive for a circulation network from the first half of next year. At present, the equities structure is being negotiated, but The majority shareholder has been confirmed by Shanshan Group."

The "QUA" brand plans to use Shanghai as the center next year, ensure 15 counters, and continue to expand the distribution network in other areas. In 2009, the number of department store counters will increase to 30.
