It seems to us that Peak Group has developed very fast in the past two years, either listed on the Stock Exchange just mentioned or in recent years in second and third tier cities. In terms of current development, Peak has developed rapidly in the past, especially in 2005 and 2006. Now, the biggest challenge can be how to make this rapid development trend continue to be maintained. Xu Zhihua: At present, our profit points and major markets are still in second and third-tier cities in China, especially third-tier cities. At present, this is our main position. At present, Peak outlets have spread all over the country. We now have more than 6,700 stores and are expected to exceed 7,000 stores by the end of the year.

Xu Zhihua: So the whole plan is close to the goal. Of course, Wandian is not our ultimate goal. Our goal is to make Peak a global brand. The goal is still in this direction. The outlets are just phased goals.
At present, basically all our places have our outlets. However, the challenge now is how to improve the efficiency of our single store, and continue to work hard in the area, location, image, and service of the store.
