Hexun: Just now you mentioned your dream and entrepreneurship. It seems to us that Peak Group has developed very fast in the past two years, either listed on the Stock Exchange just mentioned or in recent years in second and third tier cities. Open a store and propose a store plan. Including the entire middle news situation is also very good now. In my understanding, your father’s entrepreneurship can be said to be an entrepreneurial venture. Then you can now say that you are starting a business for the second time. Have you encountered any difficulties in your second venture?

Xu Zhihua: The second venture in my understanding is that we should be father and son, three, my father, my brother, and my common venture, lead all our employees, and all the people of Peake's joint venture, should not only understand that I am a person's entrepreneurship. It should be a common venture for all the Peak people.

In terms of current development, Peak has developed rapidly in the past, especially in 2005 and 2006. Through internationalization and the internationalization of brand leaders, Peak has entered a rapid development channel. Now, the biggest challenge can be how to make this rapid development trend continue to be maintained. How to make the internal systems of the work more support our rapid development deficiencies, of course, there are certain challenges, but we ourselves Efforts are constantly being made to continue these efforts in terms of the introduction of talents, the construction of corporate culture, and the construction of information systems. Of course, these things are also ongoing challenges. After all, we face new heights every day. I have never managed such a company. No one of our company's employees has ever experienced such a height. Therefore, we are constantly exploring and we are exploring ourselves, but I believe that maintaining an open attitude and an open mind, being able to embrace everything and being able to listen to each other, I believe that we can grow together with our team.

Xu Zhihua: At present, our profit points and major markets are still in second and third-tier cities in China, especially third-tier cities. At present, this is our main position. Hexun.com: The 7000 store is relatively close to your million store plan.

Xu Zhihua: So the whole plan is close to the goal. Of course, Wandian is not our ultimate goal. Our goal is to make Peak a global brand. The goal is still in this direction. The outlets are just phased goals.

At present, basically all our places have our outlets. However, the challenge now is how to improve the efficiency of our single store, and continue to work hard in the area, location, image, and service of the store. At the same time, let us as the headquarters can understand and manage what happens to each terminal. And control, this thing is constantly doing work.
